Dr. Sydney Guyotte, PT, DPT, Women’s Health, Pelvic Floor and Fertility Specialist
We are so happy to welcome our new team member, SYDNEY JOBE, PT, DPT, Pelvic Floor and Fertility Specialist. She is heading our Women’s Health physical therapy program under the name Kinetra Wellness. She comes to us with a true passion for pelvic floor physical therapy. She is dedicated to, not only, treating the body but also has a solid commitment to educating and empowering our community of women to be their healthiest selves. She believes strongly in the concept that motion is lotion and uses her breadth of experience to apply both holistic, functional and evidence-based treatment approaches to each client based on their unique goals.
Sydney has spent several years advancing her experience and credentials by training in Functional dry needling, pelvic floor course work through Herman and Wallace. She continues to expand her knowledge base towards further advanced certifications in pregnancy, postpartum and fertility treatment options to ensure her patients have the best, most up-to-date treatment options available.
Sydney is an 2017 alumni of Louisiana Tech University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology and Health Promotion. In 2020, she pursued her passion of advanced education by receiving her Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree from the University of St. Augustine in Austin, Texas. Since her graduation she has excelled as an orthopedic PT where she has successfully treated a variety of musculoskeletal and neurological conditions. She quickly found her passion in treating patients with low back pain and SIJ dysfunction during pregnancy, which fueled her passion to become a specialist. As an athlete, she has also loved helping her patients return to running and sports, regardless of age.
Sydney currently lives in Austin with her husband, Jeffrey, and dog, Nola. Together, they love to enjoy the outdoor areas of Austin, dog parks and new food spots.
